Profile Centre

As a Registered User, you will have a 'Profile Centre', which is used to manage your on-line profile, any advertisements or applications you have made and your blog. You can access your Profile Centre by clicking the 'Profile Centre' link at the top of this screen, or click on your name at the top right of the screen when you have logged in.

Post to your Blog!

Your Profile Centre has a special section for your Blog. This section allows you to manage its settings, such as what it is called and how it appears on the screen. We also provide a link to allow you to create a new post entry quickly.

If you have not yet posted to your blog, clicking any option will guide you through a simple procedure, where you can specify the name of the blog, and how you want your name to appear. The name you give to your blog and the authors name may be your 'real' name, or an assumed name. If you change your mind, you can always change it later.

Posting an entry to your Blog is easy. Enter a Title, a short synopsis indicating what the post is about, and then use the advanced rich text editor to enter your text. Your blog entry can be long or short.

You can also use Tags to define the subject of your posts. For example, if you blog regularly about a particular topic, then you can attach one or more tags to your post to help users access the topics they are interested in. Tags are used to aggregate your posts on the Blogging Home page and your own Blog Home page.

Finally, if you wish, you can extend or limit the availability of your blog to RSS and users by using the 'Options' tab. Usually, you won't need to change settings on here.
