Gary Edwards Managing Director

Gary Edwards has extensive management experience within cutting edge companies both on the domestic front and overseas. He successfully started and developed from scratch two very profitable businesses with an annual turnover in excess of three million pounds. His main skills are in developing sales and marketing strategies for new or struggling companies.

Owen Cutajar Technical Director

Owen Cutajar is an experienced technical architect and implementer in the Microsoft space for government, retail, banking, direct marketing and office information systems; successfully taking projects from requirement specification through to client acceptance. His higher education in business and marketing together with his wide technical experience puts him in a unique position to better understand the needs of organizations he has worked with thus enabling him to develop effective, timely solutions.
With a background in analysis and development, he now focuses primarily on bridging the gap between technology and business teams. This involves promoting a better understanding of business drivers within the technology space, and also identifying technological advantages and articulating them in terms of business gain.

Leo Cussons Operations Director

Leo has over ten year experience fulfilling a number computer and business roles for well established Companies such as Timberland shoe company, Sento, TACEurope and PDMS. As founder of Work Connexions, he has personally invested significant capital in establishing the Work Connexions brand. His main skill areas are business development and managing the Work Connexions clients, contractors, and customers. He is an active committee member of the Institute of directors.
