Corporate Agility and CSM

I'm pleased to report that Charlie Grantham and I have just had an article published in Business Xpansion Journal. As you can tell from the title of this blog post, it's called "Corporate Agility and CSM."

The article is adapted from our new Corporate Agility book; "CSM" is short for "Collaborative Strategic Management," which is the core concept in the book - a strategic planning methodology that links Corporate Real Estate, Human Resources, and Information Technology together in addressing the three critical business imperatives of our time:

1. Closing the Talent Gap
2. Reducing Operational Costs
3. Institutionalizing Innovation
