Random Thoughts about Work

Having just been spending a couple of hours researching blogs, It just goes to show how much intelligent sensible ideas there are out there. In this age of ratings where we give the power to the user or participant it has two sides. There is the glossy side of music programs like Idols, and come dancing and so forth. Then there is the more lean side where we have social, biz,  political comment. Examples of this are  blogging, digg, ebay. Rating something is good because it means that you expressing yourself which is what democracy and freedom is founded on. Strange then that the political contests have such a low participation, where just about in all other spheres it is the reverse.
